Vent 3 roofing membranes by Cromar are rolls of triple layer breathable membrane sheets. Vent 3 membranes are designed for use with unsupported or fully supported tiling systems, and metal roof or slated systems. Cromar breathable membrane rolls combine a high grade of waterproofing, as well as high tensile strength and great water vapour permeability to provide affordable, professional choice roofing membranes.
If we take a look at each layer we can see exactly how this professional roofing felt works. The first layer forms the waterproof surface to keep the elements out, the middle layer is the breathable membrane which allows water vapour to exit the building and the third layer protects the inner membrane from abrasion or damage and provides extra strength.
The top layer is printed proudly with the product name and head lap guide lines.
